EU Scholarships 2025–2026 Applications Open 15 September

Dear Students,

We are excited to announce that the application period for the EU Scholarships began on the September 15^th.

We would like to kindly remind you that the EU Scholarships applications will close on 1 November.

Eligibility:

To apply for the EU Scholarships, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Official Status: Syrians with temporary protection status, individuals with international protection status, and Turkish citizens.
Age: Between 18-35 years.
Enrolment: Must be enrolled in higher education in Türkiye, pursuing an undergraduate, graduate, doctoral degree also two-year post-secondary vocational, and associate degree
University Provinces: All Provinces of Türkiye
Faculties/Departments: Must be enrolled in one of the following: Engineering, Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, Business, Design and Architecture, Arts and Sciences, Education, Law, Language, Medicine and Health Sciences, Dentistry, Pharmacy, or Communication.
GPA: A minimum GPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 or 65 out of 100 is required.

Students actively benefiting from ESPS as well as who are in preparatory programs and distant education programs are not eligible for scholarships. Students must be registered in formal higher education.

Scholarship Details:

For post-secondary vocational, and associate degree and undergraduate Students:
- Annual Allowance: €360 per year or
- Maximum University Fee Contribution:€500
For Graduate Students:
- Annual Allowance: €540 per year or
- Maximum University Fee Contribution: €500

Payment Conditions: Payments for both types of scholarships are made after the academic semester begins in two instalments for each semester, upon submission of documentation proving the student’s enrolment and continued academic performance. The scholarships are non-repayable.
