Application and Mobility Process

Please contact Anadolu University Mevlana Exchange Program Coordinator of the department/unit you will visit with the following information, at least one month before the planned visiting date:
         1. Exact dates you are planning to visit.
         2. The Academic Activity you would like to deliver in department.

Please inform Anadolu University Office of International Affairs Mevlana Exchange Program incoming staff responsible to issue Invitation Letter once you receive the confirmation from the coordinator. Anadolu University International Affairs Office will sent the invitation letter's soft copy to you via e-mail (the hard copy could be sent to the address stated upon your requirement).

Please fill the Academic Staff Mobility Program and Academic Staff Information Form (download from our official website), your home university Office of International Affairs could help you to complete the forms. Please send the soft copy of completed forms to Anadolu University Office of International Affairs Mevlana Exchange Program incoming staff responsible and Anadolu University department Coordinator you contact at the beginning of mobility via email.

The original documents are expected to be submitted to Anadolu Univesity International Affairs Office in person upon your arrival.
